Returns - Refunds - Replacements & Cancellations

At All Things Indigo, we take great pride in offering handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces made by skilled artisans across India. Because of the delicate and custom nature of our products, we have outlined a clear and transparent policy to ensure your satisfaction and trust.


Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
    To cancel, email us at contactus@allthingsindigo.com with your order number.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see below).


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect product received

  • Quality issues not matching description or image

To be eligible:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Must include unboxing video (for damaged/defective claims)

Attach: 

  1. Clear photos of the item

  2. Unboxing video (if damage is claimed)

  3. Invoice copy


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items returned without original tags/packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or alterations after delivery


Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation


Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges

  • If you'd like a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order separately

Note on Artisan Products

Each piece at ATI is handmade and may carry slight irregularities in weave, print, or color — these are not defects but part of the beauty of slow, artisanal production.
